I've found out what caused it, it was the Spitfire mod.

Do NOT install it, doesnt work.

60% CTD usually means that you have :

1 inadequate buttons file ( comes with AC Installer .... install latest version and choose right sound mod version during install )

2 double buttons file ( search for it and remove all of them .... then reinstall AC Installer )

3 you have mods from other sites which screws up buttons file ( .... you are on your own here ...)

I've got the same problem, after downloading a few more mods this morning.
What do you mean by 'Double buttons File'and where is it located?
How do I know which sound mod i have to select the correct mod when asked?
I've had this working, and its great-until this morning.
Sorry about the all the questions,I'm new to this modding.
I Dont have any other MODS from other sites,so that isnt the fault.
Thanks for your help.

there is readmefirst.txt file somewhere in game root directory .... there you can see sound mod version

search for buttons file ( ctrl+f) in game directory .... if more than one , remove them all .... install latest AC INSTALLER again

hope that will fix it
