There are quite some things that change the blue ring into the swastika as it was...like the newMAT-mod, MAT-Manager, or a nice program called IL-2 Stab, and several other things as well... :roll:

Yes I know all these programs but the Fly! MODS is 100 time more easy and simple to install and use !!!! I prefer this mod instead of more complicated programs ....

Thanks CK_PIPS, I prefer the less heavy apps myself. But honestly, I did not invent this wheel. Credit for the file structure goes to -)-MAILMAN- in his post on Changing the US National Insignia.
I also DLd McWolf's NewMat mod

and included the relevant files in his Cache and Emblems folders in my MODS/National Markings/paintschemes folder so it is: MODS/National Markings/paintschemes/Cache, decals, and Emblems. He did a lot of work to make the rivets & lines show thru the insignia. Also having the Cache folder here makes sure it doesn't get cleaned out when you exit the game. Also i love stu's mod to turn off the numbers, since I never could stand them.
