Has Jafa produced sound works before that were posted here?
If not this is quite a debut! I don't think I've heard a better engine whine or Doppler effect this

Downloaded his sounds and they are great!
Sound really good with the doppler effect, great feel to the engine and good bass noise. Puts you right behind one of those beauties under the cowl. It also includes some new startup sounds as well as piston dryfire noises. Also there is a new Mk108 sound. I've rated all sounds a 10, only drawback may be that the sound level is a bit too high. It deafens other engine noises and all. To be quite honest, I think his sound levels are just right, it's just not on the same "sound scale" as the AAA sound mod.
I'm using sound mod 0.93 and right now I'm trying to fiddle with the files to reduce noise levels.
Other than that... great sounds

Those aircraft sounds are amazing! The clip is also very impressive... reminds you of why you like the IL2 series so much.
Oleg... truly a master of his art BUT I'll never buy into his "you need a good sound system if you want the stock sounds to be realistic". Let's call a spade a spade... the stock sounds are crap and the sound modders work is more than proof of that.

I exactly wrote this some time ago into the german sturmovik forum. My opinion is 1.ooo% the same.
On the one hand side Oleg is brilliant. On the other handside there where things that the international community did not like. The answer where the mods.
