Yes you simply can do this. The installation on the UMI works like a charm. It was tested and it is no problem to do this. There is also an uninstaller. So you can remove the mod uncomplicated.

i have the unified installer also and i just installed this undoubtly very nice new plane but it crashes to desktop at 60% and i did use the new installer V08. if i uninstall it works like a charm again. any idea how this can?

yep i usd the new 2.08 installer but it still crashes at 60% i mentioned before V08 that should have been AC installer V2.08 and yes i choose also unified installer so i'm kinda lost here.

are you guys aware of the cockpit shadow off the glass? I have a slight glow as if the cockpit light is on and a reflection of a pilot?

Absolutely fantastic work guys,completly pro in everyway! 8) First thing i did was set up a QMB with me against 4 vet spit V's with 1000mts adv.(im a alt monkey online and off),poor buggers never stood a chance :twisted:

Great job guys ! Downloading it.
Too bad it's a 190, as I'm not really good with them (B&Z power fighter), but am-I right in assuming the A-3 will bring back balance in the Force by finally providing an easier 190 to fight against in a Spit ? I know it isn't supposed to be easy, but the A-4 just always seemed to be 'too much'.
At any rate, it looks superb. Just the work on the engine cowling makes it an A+ Mod.

Actualy the ingame A-4 is not running at full 1.42 ATA ( fighter ) boost so you will probably find it harder to fight this A-3, wich is a full blown channel front fighter.

This is absolutely fantastic, the cowling actually puts all the other FW to shame and some of the other 3D in the game. I cant understand why anyone would want a different skin from the default, it is high quality and fine art. get a big high five from me all of you, after all, i did give you the idea for this, lol (joking)

OK I really would like to try this but I am STILL unclear about the instructions for those that use the UI.
Do I dl the "wrapper" and the "aircraft installer" or is that only if I don't run the UI??
Maybe you should make it crystal clear by doing two sets of instructions, one for those that use all the myriad of add-ons and patches which I'm pretty sure many of us don't understand, and one set for those that don't understand all this computer jigerry-pokery and just want simple clear and concise instructions that leave us in no doubt what EXACTLY we have to do if using the UI. :?
Its just that my version using the UI and Switcher is running sweet and I don't want to Pork it

Just download both the latest aircraft installer and the aircraft and install both.
Thats all there is to it.
If theres any conflict ( like 60 % crashing ) it is always down to additional mods.
If you only have the UI just do the above and you'll be fine.
