Hi all, I have a question- after installing the silverplate B-29 and a/c installer 2.8, I've been having some problems.

It all starts if I select either crimea or smolensk in the map options- this comes up with a "load.ini" error message, and then I click OK.

then, if I go back to one of the working maps (pacifc islands, coral sea, or okinawa), the terrain and such is messed up, like in this pic:



and, if I select the moscow map, it causes this (in all maps, and I've only tested it with MOD plaes, but I think it happens to all of them):





The only way I can fix it is by re-installing the a/c installer and silverplate B-29

does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it?
I'd really like to be able to use the ETO maps again

Im 2 getting graphic glitches with silverplate and pacific islands map, but only after the bomb goes off. Most obvious glitch is trees and green terrain is mapped above the shock wave smoke ring. I thought it was my graphic card having a hissie fit but maybe its something to do with the map?

I might have figured out what was causing part of the problem: I had switched back to 4.08 to play online, and I had changed the load.ini for smolensk and crimea to include some 4.09 textures. not sure why that would cause the other problems though...

any ideas?
