Hi mickey and welcome to AAA, you must have one of the sound mods and wrapper installed before any of these mods work for you.
Vpmedia has an awesone tuturial post for starting out, see link (The link is inoperative)

If you have , then download the Hud gauges and place one of the folders (your Choice) into the location of Mods\soundmod\gui\game\ (Your Hud folder of choice goes here) and you go to go. Happy flying Cheers wingflyr.

Whilst I don't fly WW, I can see the virtue of it to some people.

An option that I would enjoy if at all possible would be to have the arrows in the normal cockpit view as in Janes WWII Fighters.

Is that a viable option??

Mr Jolly or one of the programing gurus here may answer that Q. M8.

Wicked mod. Have tried them all and they look excellent. Any chance this will be coming in Mph as Kph does my head in? Or can I adjust this perameter somewhere? Looked in my conf ini and couldn't find it. Downloaded the mph one from this discussion and came up with some wierd hybrid. My world would then be complete. :Smile)

I really like this mod. It is a marked improvement over the default. HOWEVER... I have two questions:

1) Where did the flight path indicator circle go and how do I get it back in this mod?
2) Can this also be done to turn my map transparent in the same fashion?

INMHO no-one should fly without the cockpit for an extended amount of time. Immersion is best served whilst in a seat.

That being what it may, there are some of who prefer to do so and some of us who spend about an equal amount of time doing both who could definitely benefit from having it available. As a matter of fact, when flying full switch, I still use it for landmark recognition, much the same way actual pilots of the time used a paper map when needed. I just want to know if anyone has thought to try making one.

I downloaded MrJolly's instruments HUD SET MPH_FT 1-4. I then went in to Uninstall the GUI MOD which is a great mod, by the way, and it would not uninstall. I tried that 4 times, no joy, AND, the new one does not show in game. It shows as 4 folders in MODS folder though.

Not being anything close to a computer whizz, I am reticent of mucking around in files and really get myself in DEEP DOO DOO with Mods; Any ideas :?: :?:
Thanx.....
