I made J7W1 model for other flightsim a few years ago, and There is no project for J7W1 in here.
So I decide to convert my model.


Now I'm changing object or material names for il-2 format and make model for LOD or collison object.



This image is test. I changed one object(.msh) of other plane and "hidden" the root plane by editing .him file.

I'm interested in what sim this was originally designed for - CFS3, maybe? I remember at one of their forums a guy was interested in one of those... I guess he'll live, though.

yes the shiden was a deadly aircraft it followed all of japan's design influances.It was faster,armed with 4 nosemounted 30mm cannons.If the plane entered service earlier the B-29's would be destroyed very badly while P-51 would not be able to catch up.

The J7W2 (which would be next i hope) was Jet powered varient which could be better shiden and much deadlier.

oh forgot it was also more manvarable then the zero! hock:
