How to add skins with swasticas?
#1

I heard there was a way to put german swastikas and finnish also, how do it?
Also i got another question, does 1 on confi.in or something mean on? Or 0 means on?

in the conf.ini, a value of '1' means on and '0' means off.

As for swastikas, if you really want to sport them on aircraft you fly, get the IL2 Mat manager, there're links to find it in other threads, but i'm too lazy to find them.

Annoying the annoying, so you don't have to.

goto mission4today.com or .net and you'll find Stab, and Swas enabler etc. or goto to a french site called checksix (google it) and get PF Manager under utilitiaires.

I have installed MM 2.36 and it will NOT make all of the changes! I don't know how it works and therefore I'm at a loss as to what to do. Some of the mats have changed but none of the default emblems including that stupid US white star!

if you just go to the conf.ini file and you open it with a texteditor, when open search for [game]
at the end you'll see 3dgunners=1
put HakenAllowed=1 underneath that save the file and the swastika is viewable on ur skins.

Exactly. The best option with quality in mind.

will try this, now is there a command for the ini which is something like this? clear cahce=0? I'm thinking the game is deleting the cache folder/files.

The very simplest option of them all is to choose a skin that's fully finished in all details, markings, unit insignias and anything else, including a swastika on the tail for German planes or the national Finnish swastika roundel.

You can't change the numbers around on such skins or make a matching flight, though many skinners do provide complete flights of aircraft with all markings included.

It's a fast and quick way to get all the historical markings correct.
