Stukas are not to be underestimated as they did claim air to air kills...

About the Dogfighting heres the story ;

6 Of us where returning to base after bombing the Hastings radio station, =XIII=Osprey Had lost a part of his horizontal stab and was legging behind.
He reported that he was being attacked by a hurricane so the formation decided to break and attack this single hurricane.
It turned into an incredible melee of 5 Stukas sixing this hurricane, shoulder shooting, and doing everything possible to take him down.
In the end the pilot was mortally wounded and we all rewarded ourselves with a 1/5 Kill
