Hi,
I just purchased the trackir pro4 and it works great !
just wondering if anyone that has more experience using this has any recomendations or tweaks?

Hello! Great purchase! I'd be lost without mine now. I'm no expert but just a couple of things I can think of if you haven't played with it much yet and you don't have any specific questions:

- Don't have your back to a door, window, mirror or anything bright or shiney if you can help it - nothing worse than being in a fierce dogfight, your Trackir picks up on light behind you and suddenly you're staring at your seat and can't look up! hock:

- Don't sit too far away, closer you are the more responsive and less likely it will pick up on other objects in the room

- If you're having trouble looking back over your shoulder (in the game) play with the position and angles of the Trackir sitting on your monitor (mine for example is on the right hand side angled to my left where the pro clip is on my headset)

- The more you use it and fiddle with the settings to your liking the more natural it will feel

I actually got the trackir clip too, to get rid of the need for a cap or other improvised gadgets to put on your head and it

mine did look into the seat and wouldn,t look up for a while..think i figured out how to get out of that view..other than that,,this is one addition i am glad i purchased!!
