After tweaking and building my navy mission, I have figured out that each CV (US Carrier geneic, USS Lexington CV2, and USS Saratoga CV3 can have maximum of 16 warplanes (small sized warplane) orginially with 4 planes per flight.

I have total 16 planes (4 x 4 plane) on each CV. Each time I put all 16 planes on each CV, I noticed that CV1 have deck full of 16 warplanes. But CV2 only have 14 planes while the rest spawn at mid air. Finally, CV3 only have even less planes on deck wihle the rest spawn at midair.

I am still having this problem, I want to have all 3 CVs to have deck filled with 16 planes without any warplanes spawning at mid air.

Any of advice or tips to solve this problem will be truly appericated!

Nope I am using orginial IL-2 for now, since I am waiting for Unified Installer v1.1. And also keep in mind, I am not only using offiical navy aircraft, I also am using air force aircraft for alternative history 'what if' mission for myself. I am creating many different kind of battle. Here is my example of mission I am developing:

USN vs IJN pre-WWII ('what if')
USN vs IJN early era (historical)
USN vs IJN mid era (historical)
USN vs IJN late era (historical)
USN vs IJN 1946s (what if)
USN vs KM pre-WWII (what if')
the list goes on.

However, right now I am trying to squeeze all of plane into CV, and I am starting to think that, the maximum number of aircraft I can put on CV is 12 instead of 16. I will reduce the amount of aircraft on CV from 16 to 12 and see if it solves my issue I have.

UPDATE:

That doesnt' even fix the problem. Even if I had 14 to 12 aircraft on per CV, CV2 still had less aircraft parked on deck, and CV3 even have far less aircraft on deck...

# of planes that can fit depends on the type of plane. Try using the same plane type you are using to get 16 on a CV and I bet you will get 16 on all of them (ie, put the same type of plane everywhere...i bet it's a small plane whatever it is).
