New Computer New problem!!!!HELP!!!
#1

O.K folks just got a new set up, and like many tried to add skins to FS9, but i have MS windows 2008 home edition and all the Aircraft config files are Microsoft office outlook config files, so i had to change them into word to add the new skin files configs. My problems then started when i tried to return them to thier original format because the program wont read a word config file. I hope this makes some kind of sense, as this is driving me up the wall.....Gary

You should be able to right-click on the file and select open with... then select your chosen text editor.

As for saving select plain text and remember to add the correct file extension either .ini or .cfg

Might be better to use notepad?

You don't have an option to "open with" when it comes to MS outlooks files.... I have no idea why... you just don't.
