Help me,please!! I am so worried!!!
#1

I am an IL-2 player,using X52.

Now,I have found a very odd problem:
the Z rotation is normal in the driver test, but it couldn't adjust from 0 to 100 smoothly (if you twist the RH of X52 a little, the rudder to be 100%!!!)in the IL-2 Game!!! Never happened this! I can't endure this for it effects my shooting.

Why could this happen??? It is normal in the driver test!!(OS:XP) But abnormal in the IL-2 Game!!! I think the hardware is OK. It maybe a software problem.

I have tried every method I know but no result eventhough I have reinstalled the Game!!

Could anyone here help me?? I don't want to reinstall my OS!!!!!!
I am very worried about that!!

Have you check if in the hotas section in the controls panel the rudder is really set in z axe?

Usually full rudder is applyed by a key control!

In the main menu go to Hardware/Inputs. Where it says Joystick Axes select the YAW axis and you should see this [Image: HOTAS.jpg].

I have entered the INPUT SETUP, and the YAW axis can't adjust smoothly......

If I twist the Z rotation a little (less than 5% stroke), the output signal (the green block)move to the end immediately!

Are the sliders on the right of your screen set to the same values as the ones in the picture?

YES!
Each slider is just as same as the picture!

I don't know what the problem could be, when did it start? Is the joystick new or did you change any settings?

I've noticed this too and for me it's been going on for about 3 weeks. The rudder control works fine in tests but when ingame it's hard left turn till I get it straightened out. The only way that I've found straightens the rudder is to rotate hard left and right and snap the joystick when I release it. Takes a few trys but eventually it straightens out.
