LAL_Hanger Mod & UI 1.1

Greetings, listen I am using UI 1.0 right now, and alot of the objects Im placing are from LAL_Hanger Mod, aka hanger mod two + one.

I've been told that UI 1.1 is not compatable with LAL_Hanger Mod, whats the story with this, is it ture, if so will if be fixed?

I need to know before I drop a ton more of these great objects as Perm. Objects on the map.

It's only a question of re-installing Hanger Mod and re-editing the static.ini

There is no way it can be incompatible, but will need some manual re-installation.

The Fortification Mod is another one which may need re-installing.

It does mean, that as a map maker, you have to give users more guidance about how to get the map to work and what extra installations are required, but that's nothing new.

Fortification mod is already installed with UI 1.1.

I've added both hangar mods to my "modded" UI copy and updated the static ini with no problems.

I believe some problems occured when people tried to transfer older maps and missions that had Hangar mod over into UI 1.1, without realizing that 1.1 didn't contain the Hangar mod.

Just copy/paste the folders and add correct lines to static .ini - should be problem solved.

I got tripped up by only some of LAL_'s mods in there too... Even after fixing, one of my missions is missing a couple objects, but not all of that same type and neither from his mods... very odd.

LAL_Hanger Mod & UI 1.1 will be part of the 1.1 Patch.

Just hang in there

Gentlemen, it looks to me that the UI 1.1 group has done a beautiful job incorporating most, if not all, placeable map objects out of beta.
The objects are all categorized neatly under: "ObjectsMap"

In there I have found the following previously published map objects:
-BuildingsTextures
-CAN_Objects
-CarsTextures
-Infantry MOD
-Mod LAL_Fortification
-Mod LAL_Hangar (accumulative)
-mrz_BuildingsTextures
-OBJECTS_ffb
-TrainsTextures

If you don't see them in FMB is probably because the Static.ini needs a little refreshing. I am sure this will happen soon. Some of you Gentlemen have done so your selves already.

I think the feat above is an amazing job all by itself!! Thank you!

Hello

I had the same problem too with Hangar Mod
1 I discovered that hangar mod objects are in the game on mods/object-map folder
2 But static ini files are uncomplete and Hangar mod files are missing

I fixed the problem by adding those files to static ini and now it's OK
I had Hangar mod backup from my previous installation; there is no need to reinstall all the mod, just static ini text.
