New Objects

Hi,
Could someone walk me thru the install?I seem to have two problems,my path for the insertion of the "tow" folder does'nt show exactly as descibed as some of the prior posts here ,and i dont know how to add the static ini text into my "air" txt inside the "Mod\MODS\STD\com\maddox\il2\objects" without crashing the game.Do i copy and paste into the existing text or just paste the new static ini into the folder along with the "air" text?Thanks everyone.

Hi!

Your sistem crash because you add the add-on for the static.ini into the air.ini!!!!!

Search in your mods folder the file 'static.ini' and if in a different folder cut it and paste into the STD/COM/MADDOX/IL"/OBJECTS folder , open the file by notepad , add the line and save (the file must preserve the .ini extension) , now you'll be able to see that objects!

I don't seem to have a static.ini anywhere :?: The closes thing I can find is stationary.ini in ship pack folder. Where do I find the static.ini ?

Hey Joe I searched and searched for this thread yesterday to check it but gave up. Nice work!!! I'm very happy that you decided to do this and I really think this will add some flavor to the sim, beef Wink The sheep will look great in the Compans fields of France.......good on ya mate!

PS the new textures look fantastic and I like that you're going to mix up the colors, and they even have tits!
(a proper term when refering to livestock :mrgreen: )

but Viikate gave me a lot of information to make compatible
the objects of ToW with Il2..
I try all that, I don't know if I shall arrive there.
of more, real life is enough rock&roll for me at present.

The animal idea is great! The 'damage' model is also very effective. We are really lucky to have Canon, thinking out of the box as he does. This to me is an important addition to the sim, there needs to be some sort of sign of life down there you know!

That's a lie! No-one in my Welsh family has ever had sex with a sheep............ very often.
