Yes, I know that the link is inside your skinpack, but I dont know where
to place texts in Install.txt in lagg_3.rar, what part of the text belongs to which folder:

air.ini
plane_ru.properties
weapons_ru.properties

Please, help.

Uzin, I'm glad we managed to solve your problem (via e-mail).
If anyone has the same question as above, here's the solution:

You should add the lines mentioned above to the plane.ru file (open it with notepad). It is
located in the Forgotten Battles\MODS\STD\i18n folder.
Just add them right after LaGG-3RD entry, see the image:

Bloody good stuff Anton!... and as for the comment , i'd like to add ive known Mangas as a skinner for some time and his work is excellent and original so i have no fear in the authorship of this work!
