MOD Request
#1

I love the way Force Feedback feels in FSX. I was wondering if it was on anyones to do list to fix the Force Feedback feel and add more natural stick feel.

Second Request that I am sure has been talked about and the is a space on a runway or maybe adding it to a hanger to make reloading harder, but on thing I have been working on is mission off the spitin fire series and revamping them to fit the beta Channel Map. The one thing in test flights is that I am enjoying the fight and I run out of ammo, so I land and watch the AI do some damage but in that time that the German fighters are about done the bombers are still in route or coming back home.

Getting another full load of ammo would be great getting back in the air and continuing the fight.

yer the reloading would be alright

but i can last a long long time in combat with a f6f with 400 rounds its just waiting and shooting off all your rounds wait till your in close fire from about 200m or 150 if you can get in close so dont start fireing at 600 - 1k or your just gonna kill off all your round really quick

Did not read far enough down, anyway I guess no takers on developing a runway, carrier or hanger reload for coops. Not sure of the post above but 303mg does not have to much of a good effect to the level of DM in the game which I hope will become better by Christmas or we might be waiting till my computer is the size of my office. The nice thing about reloading is after ammo is spent there is still fighting going on in the Spit'N'Fire mission which I am converting to the new Channel map. Not only do you have fighters in numbers but bombers as well and if you come out unscathed you want the another crack at them. The only thing stopping this is the ability to reload. Question is how long does it take to get a SpitMkI reloaded with ammo? This could also be a penalty while you wait you may get scrafed adding to the realism of game.

Anyway would be nice to have.

Magpie sorry about the wrong section guess I needed to read where to post this kind of question.

A second Mod would be to fix feedback that the game has to match more of the FSX capabilities is anyone working on developing a mod for better FFB and il2 1946?

I have a new MSFFB2 (yes, brand new Smile ) from 2 weeks now, and as I expected, I love how sims feel now. When I was looking for this joystick I read about fs-force for flight simulator, and the best feature for me was the correct trimming implementation.

As lot of people don't know what really the trimmer does in an aircraft, here is the full story:
http://www.fs-force.com/help2/trim_system.htm

I like very much how IL2 feels with force feedback. Althought I still haven't test it throughly, I think is really well implemented. The only think I'm missing is the correct implementation of the trimming and I thought that I could make a request at this forum. In my preliminary search I've found this thread so I thought it would be better to post here instead of creating a new one.

That's my request, a mod that overrides the IL2 trimming system and changes the return to center position of the force feedback joysticks instead.

I don't know if two different process can access the same force feedback device. If that's possible, as no data from the running IL2 process is needed, I'm thinking in making an external application to take care of that 'trimming feature'. But it surely would be better to have it implemented in IL2 itself.

EDIT: I'm thinking that lot of IL2 flyers also often have Lock-on. Trimming is correctly implemented in Lock-on if you want to test it. In fact, I think is one of the bests regarding force feedback support.
