lol, yea, but I meant this thread really, not ALL the links on the site
I notice that all Bee's (or all I have found) links are down.

Remember, these mods are doing this for the love of it, they cant police everybody's links, so there is always gonna be loose links. Thats the name of the game.

If authors provide more than one download site, thats a bonus, but its really their choice. If you like a mod and other people are struggling to download it, MOSTLY the author would be fine if you uploaded it to another service. I know I am. But checking is nice manners.

But really, I think it's each authors own thing where to upload and when to pull their mods. The only exception would be uploading a mod to Rapidshare (Rapedshare) and NOWHERE else, which is really just rude :oops: , and, for about half the peole here, the same as not uploading it anywahere at all. (For others agin the reverce is true, and they struggle with, for example filefront. Different countries have different ISP situations, which precludes certain sites, only diffs is rapidshare is the only one deliberately blocking people in order to get money out of them)

Anyway, I think the mods do a really fine job! WTG guys.

Pity this mod is down, but maby if someone here has it they can post it somewhere.
On the other hand, it should not be too hard to make it yourself, if you are into that sort of S&M

Sorry chaps, I rarely wander into this area of AAA so I didn't realise the link had self destructed. :oops:

I replaced the dead links with a mediafire one in the first post. Most people seem happy with that uploader.

@ Thunda, Veltro's fix for the too-high cockpits will work for all the afflicted V models. You will just need to paste the appropriate lines into each aircraft's Hier file. :wink:

In the aircraft's Hier.him file, locate the following lines:

[CF_D0]
Mesh CF_D0
Parent _ROOT_
Attaching 0 1 0 -1 0 0 0 0 1 0.0437 0 0

Then replace the above with the following from the 4-cannon version's Hier:

[CF_D0]
Mesh CF_D0
Parent _ROOT_
Attaching 0 1 0 -1 0 0 0 0 1 0.0437 0 0.44644

It will correct the too high cockpit of the 2-cannon versions. The same thing works for the recent Seafires. The spinner modification above already has this fix incorporated. All other cockpit fixes are then unnecessary.
