I`m trying to make maps in Il-2 and I read the tutorial to make maps from kevinp.
My only problem with it is, the game doesn

I have no Mods in the unlocked FMB only the mapmods folder is in it

Your "bldconf" file is correct (as I expected). I am thinking about what to do. The simplest thing would be to send you a copy of my game folder but at over 3GB it would take forever to download.
Can you tell me what version you are using, 408 or 409, & can you remember what version of the mod activator you installed.

Ok, I have decided what to do.

I have made a copy of my "IL-2 map builder" folder & removed a lot of unnecessary folders. I have also removed all the "SFS" files except one. I have been able to reduce it to 75MB.

I am going to give you a link to download it. You will have to copy & paste all your "SFS" files except "files.SFS" from your original game folder to this new one.

Remember to change the settings in the "conf.ini" file to suit your computer & screen.

Download takes about 5 minutes.

i extracted your folder into a new folder and named it IL-2 Map builder. Than I copy/past the .sfs files from my normaly Il-2 into that folder, and now it works.
