This just started, was OK last time I used iL2, now reverberates as though I'm flying in a huge drum or barrel. H aven't changed anything IE mods for 2 days, and it was playing good until today. All sounds are working, just this hollow sort of sound just started. Any ideas, I think this was similar to when I first found AAA site, but not sure. Have 0.93 sound, use headphones only, x64 Vista, looks OK in Windows .

Does it on that map, Kuban, others, but also in the menu's when you click a selection button, etc. Haven't had time to try all maps yet, but all I've tried so far are affected.
Tried enable extensions (was 'ON", didn't fix, turned back on, was a bit less reverb, or my imagination, but still not good. That was on new Guinea map this time, both over mountains and over other side where it's flatter.
Might be a silly question, but in 'sounds and audio devices' do you have it set to 'stereo headphones'? when I unplug my usb headphones it always resets to 'desktop speakers' and I have to remember to switch it back again.

Environment Effects, not in game, but sound driver. Hope it helps anyone else who may come across this annoyance.
