I have a problem with 2 campaign vichy vs versus Thailand and VMF 213.
I've got a error message: "Mesh 3do/humans/Paratroopers/Russia/mono-sim not created"
I checked my static ini many times, It's OK.
I don't understand this problem, plese help me.
Hello pikke, sorry to hear you are having problems with my Vichy vs Thai campaign. The 1.1 installer more or less ironed out all the problems most players were having with any campaign on the Thailand map, however, there were still some issues. I believe the patch for the 1.1 installer cured any outstanding problems, so if you install that patch hopefully all will be well.

Try to lower your settings in the conf.ini. Thailand map +mission objects are very demanding on PC resources and then you have that kind of error. For examples you can try to change from TexCompress=0 to TexCompress=1 and your PC should be able to load the mission
I had a similar - I think there must be two static.ini files - that causes interference, just delete that one that is in STD folder and keep the one that is in MODS. It might help.
I had the same problem with VMF 213 part2 on the third mission. I tried some tricks like modifying the conf.ini or the static.ini (in the STD folder, the only one you shoud have) but without any success. Finally I made a clean complete reinstall of the whole game i.e Sturmovik+4.08+4.09+UI1.1 and all works fine now. This is clearly a bit time consuming but it might be the only solution. Good luck!
