There's a strange behaviour in game I noticed recently.

This happens in several missions, that can be offline or online, hosted or not.

The game starts well, but when I'm loading mission, the game freezes when it' loading aircrat. Can be at 30, 45, etc per cent, but always loading aircraft.

I installed AC 3.3 but still doesn't working.

If I set the game at 4.08, the problem disappears. But it's very annoying.

I tried, removing some mods like ship pack, me 410 cockpits, etc I installed recently, and restoring the older configuration, but that isn't the problem.

I suspect it's something about aircraft, cause it always freezes while loading aircradt.

Any clue, please?

Hi!

Try to search what kind of aircraft in a mission are involved in mission property , and try to make a QMB with those kind one at time...so you can find which can due trouble!

I'm not sure if I can find out doing that, but I'll try. I can tell you that some of the missions that fail are made before the implementation of mods.

An example. Do you know the coop missions pack made by Il-2 Hanger several years ago?. Those are very good, with historical missions in the East Front, Kursk, Stalingrad, etc. Are missions were made when nobody knew nothing about mods in Il-2.

Thats the weird point. Everybody could suppose that kind of missions mustn't fail, but they do.

If anything of this works, maybe I'll do a format of the machine, I think she needs it.

Do you have any error messages while game crashing?

I had same problem - game were crashing if I tried to fight again Spitfires/Seafires (all versions) on non-pacific maps. I solved it by re-installing the game.

Any error message. The game just freezes. Then I press CTRL+ALT+SUPR to see the Windows Task Manager, in the programs window that the Il2 Sturmovik doesn't respond. I close the process to solve it.

Surely I'll reinstall it after a fine format of the PC...

If you are able to manage the mission property try to delete all the aircraft and put a static camera , start the mission and see if the loading will finish , then add one flight at time!
