Wondering if there is an easy solution for this. I have the BOB/TLD/Caseblue addons just in case this makes any difference. Using the english fixes I have solved most all my single campaign issues. But running version 4.09mMOD many of the MULTI Campaigns are still in Cyrillic. If I use the version changer and go to 4.09m they are in the correct English. So that makes me believe this should be a database issue.

But does anyone know where these files are?

Or better yet . . . has anyone already fixed this and have a zip/rar/.7 file available?

Or lastly . . . does someone know how to at least fixe this and is willing to post a good set of instructions using one of the campaigns as an example?

I have seen some posts about finding the appropriate files for the campaigns. That they are in both English and Russian (_ru) . . and it is a matter of renaming the English files to the Russian names. But I am unsure of how to find the right files for the appropriate campaigns. So I need some further guidance here. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for replying Forager! But I have applied that fix and most of the Multiplayer Campaigns are still in cyrillic. In fact, I have gone so far as to apply all of the fixes on that page in trying to solve this.

There is still something more that needs to be changed.

OK . . its done!

Digging through the dirt and vague comments I got the needed info from Fly_Zo posts (not to knock Fly_Zo . . I just hate digging through 20 pages of threads). And I had to fix things manually (sigh). All the data files for the Online Campaigns are in the NGen folder. And it is a matter of taking the english data file (ending with .dat) and making a copy of it with the Russian name (_ru.dat) . . and of course that is after backing up the original russian files.

Example:
Historical Ardennes Campaign
English file - CampaignArdennes.dat . . . rename it to CampaignArdennes_ru.dat

I toggled between the modded 4.09m and unmodded version and did this for only the ones that were affected. An additional bonus was when I changed the SU_MessageEn.dat and US_MessageEn.dat files my mission descriptions/briefings are all in English too.

Hopefully this will be easier to find . . . and may help somebody.

Thanks for posting the fix kamikaze. I renamed the EN files with ru at the end, copying exactly to the english file the ending of the russian file, and going to the campaign list the campaigns were all in English except one. I also put all the original _ru files in a backup folder so they are removed from the ngen main folder.

But, selecting a campaign and hitting the 'new' button, nothing happens. The button clicks and depresses but nothing happens. Wondering if this has something to do with the renaming or some other problem.
