B-29 Superfortress Markings - any interest?
#1

I made these markings a couple years ago. They're predominantly the large bombardment group markings you saw on the B-29's vertical stabilizer but I made a couple individual nose art markings as well. The original file is vector based so it can be resized with no loss of quality when imported into any half good bitmap editor.

Would there be any point in making these markings available online? If so... what site do most people post skins and markings on these days?

Cheers, Goshikisen.

p.s. - maybe a talented skinner out there would consider making a quality NM B-29 skin at some point.

I've posted some of my previous work there (IJNAF Number Markings, Dutch Markings) in the past... just wasn't sure if that was the main site that people still frequented.

Thanks.

Yep simmers is a good site for templates, marking psd's and fonts so I would go there with this. I have a basic B-29 template but NM is not something I can seem to do easily.

The B-29 SILVER PLATE mod comes with three historically accurate skins I made and are available when you download the modded plane.

(The link is inoperative)

If you are interested I can make more skins for the Superfortress. I have the templates I made still.

That would be great Bolter! Just let me know if you'd like to use the file I created and I can pass it on to you.

Cheers!
