yeah, that's strange. If I want to get rid of an aeroplane, I press the trigger 8)

hi there,

I made a maps building game from KevinP's turtorial.
He suggested that some mods may conflict with the mapping process and just keep a maps game for map making.

I removed all except two arircaft an Rufe and a P-40.

I did this via the air.ini file, the plane_ru_properties file and the weapons_ru properties file.

This map making game version obviously loaded up very quickly.

Cheers Kirby

well first off, i've only downloaded plane mods but they never seemed to work like the AAA plane pack, it only gave me half of the planes. like b17g and b24 but never the others. now i would love to keep these planes but its just so weird to find my planes still there after uninstalling the game and mods, even after redownloading the setup files its still shows up. i found out about the storage thing that saves these mods but removing that doesn't work. all i'm asking is whats going and how to remove the mods that are still stuck in the game so i can re download them before i flip out and kill the people working for GOG.com (is where i got the game)

but really, i just want the AAA plane pack and other mods to work. cause no matter what i do, mods don't work with me. i'm starting ti think its cause i got the game from GOG, like they did something to mess it up. so i'm starting to think i should get IL2 1946 from steam instead. sure it won't be patcked to 4.08 but if it works i'll be happy

when you uninstall the game go to the directory it was installed to and delete what is left.
