How to solve Jungle-Textures Chess Box Problem
#1

Hi all!

Excuse my poor English, and
i hope, it's the right forum.

On several maps where in the load.inis wood=..../junglexxx.tga Textures are used,
i get this problem with the lines and the chess-box patterns:

I haven't found better jungle-wood-textures or any other solutions until now!
My game graphic settings are "perfect". Graphic-Card is a Geforce 9600 GSO with 1GB,
i also use IL-2 settings with nHancer.

I tried severeal settings without any improvements until now.
Therefor i ask for your help now, any idea is welcome!

I don't think there is anything that can be done with this because it is a pattern repete...

Hi RRuger!

Thanks for the post, means "repete" repetition?

I was afraid of the possibility that there exists no solution before your post,
and its annoying that the rest of the game is working nearly perfect on my system!

I also tried to replace the patterns with those that for instance
to the slot maps uses, but i haven't found a satisfying way until now.

On some pics in the forum-section Screenshots
i saw on maps with jungele the same pattern problems too.

Will try it once again...

Yes "repetition" of texture. You'll especally see this on the outer areas of any map where the non specific textures are placed. If there were textures to the far reaches the maps would be very heavy and far too much work for a mapper, when this can be done as a compromise...
