Perhaps even if you had some kind of invisible ordnance that had to hit a specific area to complete the mission successfully, simulating the need for an accurate photo run? There might be a way to actually do it properly, but if not, wouldn't that be a feasible workaround?

How about (if any recon aircraft are made) adding an un-movable gunner position or bombsite to the place where the camera is situated? Obviously no guns or actual bombsite is needed but simply an extra view from where the camera position is that cannot be moved (so you need to point it as in real life) and simply push the print screen button to take a "screenshot" i.e. photo?

Sounds like the simplest solution.

I had the same idea. in the bigger ones may moveable (don't know if there were people who could control the cameras in for example the RB-50)

Combined whit Sliper idea of a zoom level it would be great...maybe something like a bombsight crosshair to indicate the center of the recon area...
Maybe mixed whit a program ( i think it s available ) that comverts to jpg the screenshot....
Any interested in doing it? I have no modding skills, so I preciate if somebody could do it.
