I know, I was simply referring to the fact you knackered yours in that landing
Yea it was a rushed landing. So i figured it be humorous. The p-51 is a hard bird to put on a carrier.
Looks good. Now we just need a hook and corrected CG from some FM modder and it's checked out to escort those B-29's over the home islands. Can't wait!!!
The ETF-51D did not have folding wings.
Ohhh god more work for me...
First lets try getting a fmer to work with us.
Good luck Yank! They seem to be fairly scarce around here lately. There must be quite a few "kites" being prepared for flight at the moment. Once OOF is finished there might be some takers...hopefully.
man there overbooked. and the truth is i don;t blame them. we all know there are more important planes that should be in IL2 other then these experiment type AC. So lets be patient. If any FM wants this plane in im sure he can at least drop a line to say he will get to work on eventually.
Well what kind of FM do-over are we talking about?
Whats so different with this plane in terms of performance when compared to the ordinary P-51D? I've got a Mustang Mk.IV 25lbs boost FM lying around here as well that's still in testing. Its mostly an estimated guess (as far as the engine is concerned) though being inspired by the Mk.III that we already have, does 640km/h at the deck.
Well if were getting that sliding canopy then it's a job.
Thats not much of a problem! Interested in the Mustang IV as well?
Some one mention Mustang? A Mustang with a tail hook, what will they think of next?!! Well if you fancy a merger I would be happy to include it in the Mustang & Jug Collection, payment.. Hmm FM, same goodies the new Mustangs will get, ordinance wise if it has them and possible release by early to mid June along with the P-51D20-NT, P-51D25-NA and P-51D30-NA. If you are interested send me a PM, i plan to continue work this weekend, had exams so I will be at full steam soon. As for the guys working on the Mustang Collection, it is just me at the moment, I just keep stealing people away from their projects for little bits of help, explains why things are moving steady and not fast.
