probably due to something i mentioned about it being available elsewhere. I did not go into details or post any links, but i guess this was to much for AAA as well.

that is no reason to lock it, just remove the post and put a reason.
it is fair that the post was removed because posting links to other sites on here breaks the AAA rules. but there was no need to lock it up.

I never posted a link though.
I was quite carefull in what i said, so as to give no info on where or how to get such a mod. i was just saying there is one out there, and posted a few details as to what it does.

Unsure who did, but if it was locked, it would have been done so with good cause.
I am aware of two other posts in that thread which had breached rules, and were deleted. I guess who ever saw and removed yours, figured enough was enough. I will unlock it, but a word to all...do not go there again (this includes discussion of these off site mods, even with what they do.).
Who ever locked it, feel free to PM me to discuss.

Well magpie i didnt see those post that was removed so i cant say nothing about it.
But AAA has a large internal problem with itself if common debat and questions about what would be nice to have of mods or not is not allowed as long as its not discusion changing weapon and fm thingie.
If this isnt allowed all planes that arent stock should and need to be removed asap as they then break the rule that might be trying enforced here if this is the question.
Taking a tower from a battleship mounting it on a bunker and having it added in a new slot is from what i understand of the rules here totally allowed as weapon thingie wouldnt be touched but original weapon input would be used.
If not then what about the frankenplanes and so on???
I myself have not put up any links to mod sites but i have to admit i have linked to a webpage with real historical pictures of among battery todt. is this not allowed either??
I am as hopefully most people against messing around with the fm and weapon thingie and i hope all here admin AAA is fully aware of that.
I can either mod do cad or anything else.
The only thing i can do is request and discuss why i would like this or that, not going in on fm and weapon thingie..

hawk, i think( not sure) that it was because another site was mentioned, which is against AAA rules. i also think that most people here know about the wep and fm modification rules so this is not the issue.
its all about new slot and existing models.
topics of discussion of course are allowed but not when they involve other sites. AAA has a high standard with all mods and that is why it has such a good rep with the community

Ok, let me make this perfectly clear. There were links in that thread, and conversation pertaining to mods OFF SITE! THIS IS NOT, AND NEVER HAS BEEN ALLOWED.
Its not about the request not being allowed, its the fact that posters within the thread had breached the rules. These posts were deleted on site, and one, who has been warned about it in the past, even got a account banning.
I have unlocked it, explained it from our point of view, now drop it.
