UPS just brought me my new Track IR 5, but it will not work with the mods.
TIR tech said that some IL2 mods seem to conflict, but he didn't know which ones.
It is setup properly and I have the two green lights lit and according to the tir tech it should be working at this point.
Any ideas ?

I dont understand how, there isnt conection to happen this, maybe a error in mod install.

if u have the unified installer installed, be sure to use the version switcher to run the 6DOF version.
make sure your 6dof folder is not opted out "-"
i have track ir 4 but i use the software for trackir 5 and it run fine.
I did get it to work.
The version switcher is set to 4.09b 1 Mod with 6DOF.
In the Mods folder the 6DOF Tracker 2.0 sHr has no - in front of it.
as matter of fact the game will not load if I do put a - in front if that folder.
The zoom in & out by just moving my body forward & aft was working for a few minutes, but then it quit. I haven't changed anything so I don't know what could be the problem.

you may want to edit your orginial post or thread title to (SOLVED) as to not mislead anyone who doesn't read the thread.
or they can just read the thread...i doubt it was a hot topic anyways... 4 responses that all pretty much said the same thing. find me one thread that renamed the title '(solved)' when it was figured out. :roll:
but yer right, dont want to confuse anyone...
So is it working now or not ? ...I wil have Track-ir 5 also and i would like to now ..before i gif away my track-ir 4
