Hi,

Is there anybody who can telll me how to make noseart?
This has been asked before but that was in German and my German is not that good.

[Drive]:\[Directory]\[IL2 name]\PaintSchemes\Noseart

Take one of the bmps in there, rename it and edit it. Remember that not all AC are noseart compatible. Not all nations allow noseart.

Some nations allow squadron insignias. Those you find under ...\PaintSchemes\Regiments

Those insignias require a file with the same name as the bmp. You'll have to figure out how they work.

One thing to remember. If you rename the file you modify, DO NOT LEAVE SPACES in the file name (i.e., Fancy Noseart (Not correct) Fancy_Noseart (Correct). The game won't recognize noseart files with spaces.
