Thanks, but I don't think so: your project is very interesting and more complete than this campaign. Your decision to use new maps instead only Mediterranean is ambitious but great for all community.

1. Well, why not cooperate, for the good of the community?

I have completed these segments in my campaign:

Attack on France, 1940
Conquest of Somaliland, 1940
Battle of Britain, 1940.

They could fit in with your campaign, as a sort of prelude. Think about it.

2. I started your campaign, and it looks very nice! I noticed that you suffer from the same problems with taxi points / objects badly placed on the airfields in Albania. See this thread: (The link is inoperative)

Meh, the only part that I don't like is that there are more and more interesting campaigns I want to try, yet I don't have the time... argh! Big Grin

Any chance for a post-armistice campaign with the ANR and Macchi's (Phil's campaign for the ANR was for the Bf 109, if I'm not mistaking)? And... *hopes*... the G.55 Centauro! Big Grin

Well, the proper thing to do, is to have a campaign that goes on until the armistice 1943, and then have TWO follow-up campaigns, one where you stay with the Axis, one where you go with the Allies. That would be pretty cool.

That would indeed be cool, escorting cant 1007s dropping supplies in the Balkans, against the Luftwaffe, close air support etc for the co belligerent air force and air defence against overwhelming odds for the ANR...

1. I prefer bombers, and at the moment I don't know if I will work again on it: anyway I really think that Italy need a great campaign, so you can edit my campaign as you wish! The only thing that I suggest is:
- use only real (or almost real!) map
- real front/event
- lot of life in the mission!

2. yes, there is this problem, even if it doesn't compromise the mission :?

Hi andrea, it cheered me up, I like not-very-often used nations and maps.

But I think when you re-work your bomber campaign to a fighter one, you should change the missions objectives, too...

Anyway, I am looking forward to more campaigns from you. Big Grin

Dogfighting over mountain tops is something what is really entertaining.

Generally I turned in flyable AC escort or patrolling fighters that were included in bomber missions, changing mission description and adjusting some minor features. Moreover, interception objectives in some missions are new.

Surely there are differences between a completely re-designed campaign and a re-edited like that, anyway I hope you enjoy it Smile

Hi Andrea

I've already downloaded your campaign, but when I tried on the first mission, I found myself on a collision course with the Bombers that also were on the wrong side of the runway, is it supposed to happen ?? :?

Still, your CANT-1007Z campaign was great, I already finished the CANT-1007Z and it was tough to play this one, I loved it. Big Grin

Thanks for your hard work, it's highly appreciated and I'm looking forward to enjoy it. Big Grin

Poltava, I'm still looking forward to see your campaign, it really does sound like a lot of fun.
