Excellent!
I thoroughly enjoy this plane. We (My squad) hopes everything is finished for the release of the next UI.
This plane helps to come closer to finishing a pretty firm Mediterranean set.
Of course, if we could get the author to throw in the SM.79, us Mediterranean fans would be in hog heaven!
Thanks again for this wonderful plane!
Quality work!
The SM.79 will come, Maraz has assured me. We must be patient. The SM.79 team is much larger and the work is more complex with the SM.79 than the Swordfish so expect it to take significantly longer to get to release. I'm sure they are working out bugs as we speak. I'm looking forward to some of the other med stuff they are working on as well like the Fulmar, G.55 and Re.2000.
Cheers,

6S.Maraz,
This is just a wonderful model. The plane handles well and it is a true joy to fly. In the spirit of a Beta test, I wanted to offer some feedback.
I tried to deploy flaps, and they worked (message displayed), which the Swordfish did not have, and it felt like it affected the flight model, even though there was no visual queue from the model. That is the only feedback on the handling part.
Concerning the observer seat, I wonder if it would be possible for the release version to have a crew position for the observer. The observer position had both a camara mounting bracket, as well as a sliding bomb aiming hatch. I got that info from a cutaway drawing of a Mk II, so I am not sure if that applies to the MkI. I believe that a position similar to some of the other bombers where there is a bombsight would be good enough.
I second the motion of adding 8x 60 pound rockets to the load, and it also had depth charges as a choice, but this is just a note.
Again, thank you for this great addition.
Can't wait for the release version
Best Regards

This is a great plane. Congrats to the Red Devils!
A little feedback - it would be great if the AI could release flares like bombs, rather than rockets - that is, not in a dive firing at the target - as it is, the AI releases the flares so close to the ground that they burn out after only a few seconds and barely light anything. The only alternative is to get someone online to drop them (I don't play online), or drop them yourself, but who wants to be the flare-dropper in a single player mission?
How about sticking the flares in a bomb-only slot so the AI will drop them over a target area at altitude, like the Mossie does?
I have been watching this airplane being created and looking at the final,
it is simply stunning!! Fantastic job on this plane. SUPERB!! Congratulations!!
I will have to try it out soon.
Still can't get to download properly....When I download, it is in HTML format. Do I need something other than winrar, 7zip, winzip etc to open? Is it to be installed from an html doc? Thanks for any help you can offer.
