That’s it, but have in mind that islands are real islands from Vanuatu, and they are correct in shape and height.

I've been working on Vanuatu for some time now.

My map is going to be correct for 43/44.

You've got it easier not being so historically correct.

A huge learning curve as you have done as well.

Kevin P's tutorials have been fantastic.

I have a meriad of google earth jungle textures from Vanuatu. Many variations of Vanuatu jungle.

I am using around 30 google earth textures including some bumph textures.

I'd be keen for some of your rock textures if you want some jungle textures PM me.

The in game textures just don't cut it any more.

When I have finished Efate Island I'll post some screenies

Map making is definitely a time consuming but worthwhile pass time in the long term.

Yes it is much easier when it is not historical. I just ripped the islands and made them totally fictive, only shape and height are right.

OOH i remenber having that poster too way back in early 70. I used to be a member of the finnish Phantom Club. Number 4721 to be precice (IIRC). We had a codekeycard and in every number of Mustanaamio (Phantom in finnish) there was a secret message.
Our team was called Striking Lightnings! Man, those were the days!
Can't wait the map!

Will probably use the rocks and beach textures.
