Go to your il2 folder. Find the file called (switch_4.09-mods on), double click it

Big Grin

If you have 6 degrees of freedom enabled it automatically does this if you are not using track I.R. or other head tracking software

I have had the same problem after installing freetrack (which worked pretty well I must say, btw), when freetrack is not running the game would start in the over - the - shoulder view, pressing Numpad '5' centred the view again, but I noticed if I accelerated time, for some odd reason the view would jump back to the over - the - shoulder view. I have currently the same set up but without freetrack installed (due to losing my c drive which had it on but not il2) and this view swing no longer happens, although 6dof_tracker2 is still enabled.

Further to Freiwillige's post: If you look in the root of your il2 directory you should see the following batch files, to get '6' degrees of freedom I think you need to enable correctly:

_Switch-408_no_mods
_Switch-408_Mods_On
_Switch-408_Mods_On_with_6dof
_Switch-408_no_Mods
_Switch-409_Mods_On
_Switch-409_Mods_On_with_6dof

Try running the relevant one for the setup you need (best to make a backup first :!: ), I'm no expert on this, by any stretch of the imagination, so somebody may have better advice out there, don't try anything without backing up is my overiding advice.
