This is a video I made in Il-2 about the Korean War, a.k.a "The Forgotten War" here in the United States..It uses the amazing Sabrejet by PeterD and the Frankenjet MiG-15 by Ranwers. I made it in Sony Vegas, the begining is pretty erie, but stay with the video it gets good. :wink: It's saved in really high quality, hope your PC can handle it!

I left out ysydor and remembered when rendering..I wanted to thank him for some helpful suggestions! So thank you!

I'm sorry...but with all due respect...you need help from people a lot more experienced in real movie-making than ysidor, especially. I am really sorry...but just some SIMPLE basics. Eliminate the text, crop the video to remove the fraps logo, I mean it's hard to know where to start with this one. I suggest you go look at the 30-40 excellent IL2 videos and strive to follow the basics you see there.

Sorry. Really. I appreciate the interest of new IL2 movie-makers, but you really need to read the very basic tutorials...

Ugh, yeah. I should also say this is my first experience with Windows and any Windows program...I am a Mac owner. However, thanks for the honest reply.

I'm working on a new movie, which I'll make sure to remove ALL of the text. I certinally do have the software that is capebal of it. I'm also confused when it comes to angles, as I was a previous X-Plane 9 flyer. You had an option to go anywhere with a free view. I find it hard to get these angels in Il-2.


Does anyone have any suggestions on angles?

With all the respect sir but i feel very offensed by you...in what u told about me...what is the meaning about this that i'm a piece of paper that must be trow away or what? did u saw the last movie The eyes of the enemy? if not look at it then start talking...or u are feeling not in the right way cuz he didn't said your name?
And i'm not kidding in telling that i'm realy offensed,,,! and IF i've gived gim some suggestions...that doesn't mean that if he lefted the text and croping and not worked with saturation...it means that i'm a piece of shit i don't know nothing...cuz that's not my fault..u Doolitle should know how to speak...with people if you have somthing to say write it here not in a message so everybody can see it! Shame on you! i didn't thought that u were like this! now i understand,..,

Anyhow excuse me if...........the movie is good like ideea i've noticed that u put in The glow effect in SV that's good...and even the blood at the end...like in my movie...try to use that in adobe after effects there are some tutorials how to do it..And work a little with the saturation setting and levels...try render the footage cinematic so this way u crop must not crop all the footage...Try to find PATT mod...here on AAA is a camera mod is cool try it..And a little intro and..end...would be good...i mean a story or something..But i can see that in the future there will be some good movies made by you...GOod luck!

also wish we could have done it better .
It's not end of the world , slowly but surely we

Don't worry, ysydor. Your movies are outstanding.

Also, I agree. Each one of my X-Plane movies turned out a lot better than the last..experience and new ideas are what kept me going. Anyways, my new movie "Divine Wind" is in the making, hopefully it will be a huge improvement.

Dont take it so hard ysydor , its all part and parcell of what happens when you release work to the public eye , some will like it some will not , some are polite some are not thats just the way it is , let this one go and move on , from what ive seen so far you have tallent and more importantly a passion for movie making , keep bashing away at it....

Sir I was waiting..for a long time a comment from somebody like..and for the thing up...it is something that started with Dolitle81 from the Ubisoft forum there he started to have something with me maybe i'm antipatic who knows...cuz if it wasn't for that i didn't answered.The thing that bothered me..was that word "especialy ysydor" like he wanted to say "especialy that stupid guy" or something like that....
