Hey Flakiten, maybe a dumb question in this early stage, but do you have any news about the loadouts, and will be the Mk 7 there also??

Cheers!

Hi Flak- this looks very interesting indeed 8)

Was just reading that this particular air plane was responsible for most ground targets (60%) being destroyed in the Korean Conflict.
Source: Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/F-84_Thunderjet ("Korean War" section, para. 2, sentence 2.)

Looking forward to the result Big Grin

Thanks for your work on this Big Grin 8)

This link has a picture of a A4 Skyhawk carrying the a version of the Mk7

This link has 2 GREAT photo's of the early form of the Mk7 (and one hangung under an F7F Tigercat..

This page has several shots of the later version of the Mk7 (it was used for 15 years)

The later smoother casing was designed for supersonic aircraft to carry the weapon.. the earlier more clunky version in the first link would have been more likely to have been the type the F84G carried since few supersonic AC were in the inventory when the F84 was a frontline aircraft.
