in the FMB there is this stationary object a cliff
is it possible to at some stationary object on it.

currently there is only one object that can 'fit' on this 'cliff' you mention (called the Crimea rock)- i can't remember offhand which one, but it sits quite early in the object list - it is a little 'castle' object. if you find it, and try to place it on a map, you'll see that it is 'floating' in the sky. this object fits perfectly on top of the cliff you mention.
