You must use the 4.09b1m to make this work. You need the new textures.
Where can I download this?
I edited the 1st post and added a new download link

MOD is LIFE!!
Hi all.
I have a problem. some maps like OnlineItaly, desert or Palau doesn't work.
I have the message "load.ini" error.
this is what i have in all.ini :
PalauOnline Palau/Online_load.ini
OnlineDesert desert/load.ini
OnlineItaly_DF Italy_DF/load.ini
Does someone have an idea ??
Good to see you back here! D/L ing now
 VP's mods are almost all MUST HAVE MOD! many thanks for your great work!
By the way, I found 4.09 final have some tuning on color, seems different than 4.09mb, for example, the sea color is more green than old one, the previous one is dark blue. I wonder if we can have some setting keep same as 4.09 final.
I'm planning to update the pack but only with:
- new default high clouds layer
- improved Singapoore map textures
- improved Midway
- updated Okinawa
- corrected village and city textures on the eastern front
I really got no problem with the water color. Introducing the final 4.09 - undocumented - changes would require too much time sorry.

Thank you in advance!
I also have the same problem of none of the maps loading. I get an INI loading error. It's been said to use 4.09b and I using it. I am still unable to load any maps. Could someone very kindly post a way to make these updated map textures work?
Thank you in advance for any help.
Anyone else with this problem?
Things cant just go suddenly wrong imho
