uh, i think especially the gun sounds(the hurricane and spit) and maybe if you want so , the engine sounds also?

Maybe you can put everything in a pack, and name it like a soundtrack cd, just like they do with movies, you know Big Grin

Cheers!

A good start and nice to watch! The compression quality of the movie is also good!

You make interesting things with blur effects. but for me the object which is in focus have to be sharp.. in your movie are a bit to much blur effects for me.

Same for the wiggle effects. some are good placed, but often too much and too heavy. And do not forget to mirror the edges when you use strong wiggles, if not you have black edges as I saw ones in your video.

The bullet scene is new here for IL2 movies and looks good. If you make a better connection between the scenes, maybe a close shot of the gun before the bullet scene comes, then you will get a much better effect.

I am not bashing your video! It is much better then some others for IL2. I just want to give precise critics! Hope it helps you!

Keep on doing movies for IL2. I like to watch more from you!

Hi my friend for first thing i want to thx you 4 the nice comments but even for the bad ones cuz that's how we all learn!to be onest i'm expecting even negative comments cuz it's impossible to do a perfect movie..
Actually this is not a start i've started with "the eyes of the enemy " movie check it up...
it's true that maybe in some places there is to much blur..but i think it's ok..anyhow the black borders are because of the directional blur..added so when is to strong it pulls the border with him...cuz when i'm doing a movie i always scaling the footage and i'm very caryfully with the borders..
Thx again

Great Job Buddy!

It's a new step for "B.Y. Productions"!

So, regarding the entire movie, it's fantastic, but I will argue.

At the beginning, their is a view of English Channel and a "record" on the soundtrack background, but we can't hear a word. Same thing for London views... I know my English is not perfect, but it's a point.

All plan regarding close Bf-109 are so impressive, for example, the right upper-wing, regarding heat effects.

For "fly-by" plan, it's the same thing as always, some ones are not necessary (like for He-111).

Then comes one of my favorite planes, Ladies and Gentlemans, the Hurricane!

After the take-off, the is a following camera looking great, and looking like first "Birds Of Prey" small definition game footage.

During the first 4:30mn, all is a little slow, it's should have been add with some scripting details, like for "Niobe". But after, all become faster, and sometimes maybe too fast.

According with some shots and effect, dogfight scenes have a weird cut, example with the Hurricane shooting down a He-111 at timecode 6:04mn, their is a explosion effect on the He-111, but the camera change angle after, back in a Hurricane cockpit. Why don't you have let some effect going their way? Maybe a 3-4secondes more on the He-111 had be great, looking for damages. Same for the next 30s.

Bullet effect look really good, but as philhl says, had been great if their is a shot, a pass-by and that effect.

And large plans look as old war footage, so great!

Saw that is not the official release, but more like a looooooooooooong trailer, so will wait for the full movie.

So sure, it's not perfect, but it's really a fantastic movie!

One of your biggest fan,

CONAN

PS: Hope you will make a movie about Battle Of Britain in the final release of Joe's English Channel map - and liked the end credits Smile
