Hi,

I've been wanting to update my aircraft and game sounds and have tried a number of different mods, Battle sounds V2 and the three part sound fix mod as well as a few others that come to mind.
I am getting a little bogged down as alot of these mods don't seem compatible with each other or they remove some aircraft engine noise or some other sound completly from the sim.
I was hoping someone could post me a list of the best new sound mods for the sim and maybe tell me why some are'nt compatible with others.

I personally think that Jafaem is one of persons on the list for the best sound mod

You can find him by going to youtube website and search Airshow 1 or Airshow 2, and you will find the link under 'more info' under those vids :wink:

I agree, best sounds for aircraft engines, is Jafa sounds.
Also if you goto Youtube type in Jafaem, an airshow 1 & 2 and serveral other engines sounds will be listed.

It was my understanding, passed to me from Jafa I thought, that the Sounds in UI 1.1 are his sounds. No need to install his sounds separately, though I might be wrong.


I have UI 1.1 and my sounds seem wonderful.

I'd like a final ruling from anyone who KNOWS what the situation is...Jafa Snds vis-a-vis UI 1.1 Snds.

Looks awsome, can't seem to get the link to the download to work. Can someone please post me a link or the address, Mediafire says the file does't exist or it has been removed.

By the way, how do we get our sim to look like that !!!! Is this guy running a super computer ????

If you guys are prepared to wait , im putting together a new package with some new sounds,"jets" and tweaking some old ones , "Db 605's , merlins ect , should be ready in one to two weeks , there are a couple of promos in the screenshots section of this forum if anyone wants to know what to expect.. viewtopic.php?t=15368

FYI, the mediafire link for your 225Mb "Jafa UI1.1" file doesn't seem to be working. Have you tried filefront?

Hello Doolittle , sorry for the short reply before , I had to do a runner to work , as for filefront , I dont use them any more , they kept deleating my files for no good reason , as I said in my post above there is a new package coming which will replace the current one BUT in order that you guys can download it I have to pay MF some moneys so im going to wait till I release the new one before I
upgrade my account again.
