I would like to edit one file what is in .hc format. It's a high quality TIFF bitmap or something like that, but what program can open it?

You can use adobe photo shop, paint shop pro or gimp.
Gimp is free just google it.

Not working... GIMP does not recognize the filetype and i cant find plugin for it...

And he uses Gimp and am sure he can help you, I use
Adobe photo shop, paint shop pro but they are pay programes.
