I've downloaded Canon's English Channel map as well as Compans' textures for said map. I then downloaded the trees that Fruitbat added. I put the textures in the /summer directory, as well as put the tree.tgas files there. All of them had the same name as the .tga files.

Having said that, I cannot see treelines in the game. I see the occasional trees by airbases and towns, but that's it. What am I doing wrong? Could a MOD be interfering? I took out the Darker Trees mod and Flushy's airfields mod just in case, but same thing.

Please help.

I'm running 4.09 of course, added Forest=3 and the lines from some thread to the Channel .ini file. I know others have mentioned having the same problem.

I had the same problem, when i used a Geforce FX graphics card in a sempron PC. Later i upgraded my PC to a Athlon X2 with a Geforce 8600GT card and now the treelines are correctly appearing.
