I did a Fresh install of IL2 and Installer 1.1 so I could get Cannons channel map functioning but now I cant generate a career for USN or USMC as there are no choices available and the buttons do nothing, anyone have any ideas.

A fresh install,that usually means that you must have done a uninstall.Did you do a uninstall?

Yes I did an uninstall and cleaned up the registry before doing a fresh install

Did you physically go into program files and remove the game folder left behind after you uninstalled,are you using Vista or XP?If you are using Vista you must run il2.exe with administrator privileges and second you must set permission to ok in the firewall (comand) for file dgen;ngen;il2.exe;il2setup.

I deleted everything from the game folder after the uninstall.Problem solved I had copied something into the wrong place when I was messing with it.. Grumpy thanks for the help !!
