I did a search but could find nothing on the issue I am posting about...... I have returned to IL2/FB after a few years away and now that these wonderful mods are available think I will be around for a while......

I may be wrong but I am fairly sure the version of the B25 with the nose guns used to be available in Quick Mission Builder. (Is it the K or hte J I cannot recall.....) Now after installing all of the base mods needed, I find that its no longer there - only the straight bomber version shows up. As I say I could find nothing in a search of threads. I checked my AIR.INI file and its listed there, so that's not the issue - its just not showing up. Am I imagining things or should this really great aircraft be available in QMB. More importantly how do I rectify it - its one of my favorite ground attack aircraft.

are you referring to the B25H? anyway, the same thing happened to my B17G. i looked in the Recycle Bin and found the files had somehow been deleted :? i restored them and it was fine

Not specifically that one which looks like an add on - I am referring to the H model (not the K as I stated above.) It was a stock hard nose alternative to the blister nosed bomber version. It just disappeared when I added the original files needed to be able to mod IL2. If mine ended up somehow in the rubbish bin its too late - its been emptied. I would be interested to know how to fix it. I cannot download the mod referred to above as the download link is broken.

Go into your air.ini
MODS/STD/com/maddox/il2/objects

Make sure the air.ini entry for the B25H does not have NOQUICK in the string,
If it does simply remove the "NOQUICK" from the string.

Well your welcome for the info my friend,too bad it didn't help though,
that's strange it doesn't show,there must be a file corrupted somewhere
