Have you clicked on control panel in the start menu and gone into Appearances and Themes and looked for your NVIDIA Control Panel?Found this on NVIDIA PDF page to open Nvidia control panel in Vista From the Control Panel Home view of the Windows Vista Control Panel, click
Additional Options and then click NVIDIA Control Panel from the Additional
Options page. You may need on of these http://go.notebookreview.com/?id=525X83 ... 2go.com%2F IF you have NVIDIA graphics cards and drivers you have to have a NVIDIA control panel there somewhere.

Mate, without seeing what you have where, any answer is going to be a shot in the dark. If you can't find the control panel, type nvidia in the search bar and look for it. nHancer loads up but does nothing? Start it from the processes bar on the right hand side down the bottom - the icon looks like the logo. M4T has a link to a really good nHancer guide somewhere but you will need to look for it. Anti-aliasing is one of the options in nHancer.

Override the application setting rather than enhance, for antialiasing. Apart from that, got nothing I'm afraid.

Edit: nvidia cp pic link removed.
Plus I hope it's working now!
