Um, where the file to put in C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\MODS\MAPMODS\maps\...?

In FMB it says it can't find it. Have I missed it?

A well as the additions to 'static.ini', did you do the following?

Copy the entries below to the all.ini file usually found:

...\MODS\MAPMODS\Maps\all.ini

Start here:

1940_1941_Channel CAN_EnglishChannel/1940load.ini
1942_1945_Channel CAN_EnglishChannel/1943load.ini
W_1940_1941_Channel CAN_EnglishChannel/W1940load.ini
W_1942_1945_Channel CAN_EnglishChannel/W1943load.ini
