Hi everybody! =)
I've just installed the new 4.09m add-on by Daidalos Team, modded with the latest SAS buttons file and everything works perfectly, thank God! =)
New planes ok, new maps ok, new QMB features ok.
The only issue I noticed is that all in-game text messages are now in Russian!



Is that normal? =/
I even tried to launch the game disabling my Mods folder, but the issue was still there. So I suppose it's not a matter of Mods.
Why did DT change texts language from English to Russian? Is there a way to restore English texts in-game?

Hi Paolo, try this: This is one of those little issues that will pop up with new stuff as always. We deal with it!!

it is easy to fix. Go to your games i18n folder (in the main game folder, not the one in mods)

and find the file called

hud_msg.properties

Make a copy of it, and put the copy in
MODS/XTD/i18n

or in MODS/STD/i18n if you dont have the XTD folder.

and rename it

hud_msg_ru.properties

Done!

Of course I downloaded the English version of 4.09! And about the language fix... I already had it. But it's not a problem of career language... it's a problem of in-game hud commands language (look at the screenshot i posted above!), and i think henkypenky got it from the right point (the answer should be in those i18n/.properties files...)

4.09m can be obtained via official download at:
http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/showthread.php?t=10276
As far as I know 4.09m is not yet compatible with AAA UI 1.1, because of the lack of the FMs for the new planes.
So, if you want to use your mods with 4.09m you should download the latest SAS United Buttons at SpecialAircraftService, which is compatible with 4.09m.
Then follow the instructions carefully and you should be ok with the mods!

That file is not in Files or MODS folder, look at the i18n folder directly in the root folder of the game. Copy both hud_msg.properties and netmessages.properties to Files/i18n and add the _ru to both names, and you'll get english texts both offline and online.
