When I installed the UI mod, it came with a lot of new maps, I can't use a single one, I try set up a mission, I try to save, it doesn't save, when I hit play it doesn't do anything in FMB, Help I don;t know how to make them work.

Did you download 1.2 and did you install via the exe?
If you did all the above you will need to manually add the maps in your all.ini file
