I've always had a soft spot for 'little wars', and the Iraqi rebellion of 1941 is absolutely perfect for those faraway colonial battles. For such an important area (Iraq supplied Britain with nearly all its non-american oil) it was such a low key conflict. The Axis made a cursory attempt to get involved and ended up flying home on the only bomber still operational a few weeks later. But that's enough preamble from me.
Here's an SM79 of No.5 Squadron, RIAF, based at Raschid, though I can't claim this is a historical skin. Iraq had only four of these still flyable when hostilities broke out.
